To achieve the highest quality printing and expedite the ordering process, please follow the below artwork guideline.

FILE FORMATS

We recommend submitting your artwork in Adobe Illustrator (.AI/.EPS), Photoshop (.PSD), or Adobe PDF formats. These file types ensure that your artwork can be scaled to the necessary dimensions required for large-format printing without any distortion or pixelation.

IMAGE RESOLUTION

Photographic image files must be provided in the highest resolution possible. The best results are achieved when the resolution of the images are between 72-125 DPI at final print size (full size). Images submitted at higher than 125 DPI will create larger file sizes without any visible gain in print quality.

FONTS

All fonts must be converted to outlines to ensure proper display during printing. Additionally, if possible, please include the font files (OTF or TTF) with your submission. This helps us avoid any issues with missing fonts and ensures your design is reproduced exactly as intended.

COLOR MODE

All artwork should be created in CMYK color mode. Artwork submitted in RGB will be converted to CMYK before printing, which may result in a color shift in the final product. To ensure color accuracy and consistency, we recommend setting up your file in CMYK color mode from the start.

BRAND COLOR MATCHING

For precise brand color matching, please provide solid-coated Pantone® numbers (ending in “C”). This allows us to accurately replicate your brand colors during the printing process. If there are specific Pantone® colors you need us to match, be sure to indicate them clearly in your submission. Please note that we cannot digitally print HEX, metallic or fluorescent colors.

ARTWORK REDRAW

Additional fees will apply for artwork redraw services. Once completed, we will provide you with the vector format artwork, which you can use for future projects.

• Please review your proof carefully prior to replying with your written approval. Deluxe Canopy® will not accept responsibility for errors related to typographical, grammar, punctuation, graphics, colors, placement, fonts, content layout, dimensions or quantity.
• A design proof will be sent to you for confirmation prior to production. Please review your design layout thoroughly to ensure accuracy.
